Refund & Cancellation Policy

Super-Thanks (operated by Lai Xuan Yen) is a platform for voluntary support of independent spiritual content channels. Contributions made through Super-Thanks are voluntary tips of appreciation. They are not purchases, and they do not entitle the supporter to any product, service, or guaranteed benefit.
1. Contributions are generally non-refundable
Because contributions are voluntary gifts rather than payment for goods or services, they are generally non-refundable once processed.
2. When we will refund
We want every supporter to feel good about giving. If any of the following apply, contact us and we will review your request:
- You were charged in error, more than once, or for the wrong amount.
- The contribution was not authorized by you.
- You request a refund within 14 days of the contribution and have not received any supporter benefit that cannot be reversed.
3. How to request a refund
Email yen@chosenonelife.com with the approximate date, amount, and the channel you supported. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
4. Recurring support (if applicable)
If you start a recurring (monthly) contribution, you may cancel at any time, which stops all future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not prorated. You can cancel by emailing us or through the management link in your receipt.
