Welcome to Super-Thanks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superthanks.xyz ("the Service"), operated by Lai Xuan Yen ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Super-Thanks is

Super-Thanks is a hub that lets viewers voluntarily support a family of independent spiritual content channels. Contributions are voluntary and are not a purchase. You receive no product, and no service or outcome is guaranteed in return. Any supporter perks (such as access to written reflections) are offered as a goodwill thank-you and may change or end at any time.

2. Payments

Contributions are processed securely in US Dollars (USD) by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. By contributing, you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. The amount shown before you confirm is the amount you will be charged.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in any way that harms the Service, the channels, or other people. We may decline or refund any contribution at our discretion.

4. Content

The videos linked here are published on YouTube by their respective channels and remain subject to YouTube's terms. Written reflections on Super-Thanks are the work of Lai Xuan Yen and are provided for personal, non-commercial reading.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Content is spiritual and inspirational in nature and is not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
